Unlock Your Potential

Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a development program designed to enhance the skills, abilities, and effectiveness of business leaders. Working one-on-one with a professional coach, executives will
identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop strategies to achieve them. Executive Coaching focuses on leadership development, improving communication skills, building strong relationships, enhancing decision-making abilities, and fostering a positive work culture. It is a powerful tool for leaders who want to maximize their potential and achieve their professional goals.

  • Key Learning Objectives

By participating in a coaching relationship, participants will:

    • Enhance their leadership skills and develop a range of leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
    • Improve performance by identifying areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their performance, productivity, and effectiveness in their role.
    • Increase self-awareness and gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations leading to increased self-awareness and self-confidence.
    • Enhance their career development by clarifying their career goals and develop a personalized plan for career development and advancement.
    • Improve team management and develop skills to manage and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work culture.
    • Enhanced organizational impact and develop the skills and mindset needed to make a greater impact within their organization, such as leading change initiatives or driving innovation.

    • Newly appointed leaders:
Individuals recently promoted to senior leadership positions that may be experiencing challenges such as managing complex teams, leading change, or developing strategic plans.

  • What Is Included
    • Hogan Assessment: Leadership Forecast Series
    • Reports:
      1. Potential Report: Outlines day-to-day leadership style, describes behaviors typically associated with that style,
leadership competencies, and comprehensive development recommendations.
      2. Challenge Report: Describes how leaders are likely to interpret the world and treat subordinates while under stress and pressure. The Challenge Report predicts career-derailing behaviors that interfere with the ability to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
      3. Values Report: Explores the core values and goals that ultimately drive a leader’s behavior, aspirations, and expectations about life. What people value determines how they will lead; this determines the kind of environment a leader will create and the sort of organizational culture in which the person will do the best work.
      4. Coaching Report: Written to the participant as a self-guided, comprehensive development-planning tool for individual leadership development. The Coaching Report integrates the information from the Potential, Challenge, and Values reports into a five-step planning process. By completing this process, a leader produces a powerful, personal development plan designed to foster professional growth.
