The Masters Certificate in Project Management is designed from the ground up to build excellent project managers – skillful, strategic leaders who can consistently guide projects to success. The course content is founded upon A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®) developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Program Structure

Program learning will be delivered virtually through Zoom. Participants will access all module materials through Canvas. The prework package will be sent prior to the course start date, including the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®) and the Agile Practice Guide textbooks.

In order to use Zoom, participants are required to have access to a computer/laptop with sound capabilities (speakers and microphone) and a built-in camera or webcam. Participants should also have access to a quiet and private space for learning.

Program Overview

95.5% of graduates pass the PMP on the first try!

The Masters Certificate in Project Management consists of 9-modules for 18 days over the course of 4-5 months on Fridays, Saturdays, and the odd Thursday for the three-day modules. Homework will include pre-reading of the PMBoK textbook as well as a short assignment after each module. These assignments tie the whole program together and help prepare for the project simulation that will take place in the final module. Attendance at all modules is mandatory to graduate and receive your certificate of completion.
