A comprehensive preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam

The Ultimate Project Management Professional (PMP®) Essentials: Fast Track Program takes a comprehensive view of "the total project," from the planning and organizational stages to the actual implementation stage using the PMI standards for Project Management. This program will provide the necessary information to participants enabling them the ability to pass the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam.

This program consists of five full-day sessions (8:30am to 4:30pm). Attendance is mandatory for all days.

    • This program includes pre-program reading. The reading is required to be completed prior to the program start time.

    • 35 project management training hours to fulfill the PMP® application requirement

    • 32.5 CPHR Saskatchewan Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours
    • Edwards would pay the PMP® exam retake fee if the participant did not pass on the first exam provided they meet the following criteria:
      • Attend the full 35 hours of the UPMP course
      • Obtain a 70% on the first attempt of the third Advanced Sample Exam

In-person delivery includes instructor facilitation, small group exercises, large group discussions, interactive learning, networking and ample breaks and opportunities for questions and discussions. Participants will be required to bring a laptop/digital device to access all learning materials during the program. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provide.

    Doug Boebinger, MS, PMP, AHPP, PMTA-CTP

    Doug Boebinger is the founder and Chief Project Management Consultant and Trainer for Integrated Process Developers, Inc. (IPDI).  He holds over 35 years profit and loss experience in project management and process re-engineering. Doug obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) in 1994 and has taught PMP Prep program to thousands of people in numerous organizations across the world since then. As the lead project management consultant to Ford Motor Company Powertrain Global Division, Doug created the MAPD® Strategy which is a revolutionary new project/process planning and execution strategy specifically designed for multi-team environments.

    Doug has spent his career assisting companies in various industries as a project manager and as a consultant and trainer to implement project management and improve their organization’s processes.  A current or former adjunct faculty member at various universities across the United States and Canada, Doug was the Project Management Department Chair and developer of the Bachelor of Science Project Management degree curriculum at Cleary University.

    He developed over 40 programs on project management, leadership and communications topics that have been taught to thousands of people from entry-level to C level in numerous organizations, companies, and governments around the world.

    Amanda Dahl, PMP, ACP

    Amanda Dahl is the owner of her consultancy, Boost Consulting. She has 20+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, change management, and business development in multiple industries. She is also a Director on the Board of T2 Metals Corp.

    Amanda has her Master’s Certificate in Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Lean Greenbelt certification, Six Sigma Blackbelt training, and Prosci Change Practitioner certification and is a Co-Chair for the WIMWiN-SK Mentorship committee.

    She presents her technical and ‘real-world’ knowledge in an authentic, tangible way to enhance understanding and engagement, and enjoys connecting with people in a meaningful way.
