Program Overview

In today’s dynamic and diverse work environments, inclusive leadership is no longer optional, it is essential. This two-day experiential program empowers and equips people leaders to mitigate low morale, interpersonal conflict, toxic workplace, high turnover and reduced innovation and creativity and reputational risk. Participants learn and apply inclusive mindsets and behaviors to these real-world leadership challenges and deepen their capacity to lead inclusively by exploring their mindsets, behaviors, processes and systems. Using the 3A Model for Transformative Conversations © (Awareness, Alignment, and Activation), leaders practice integrating inclusive strategies into everyday leadership moments.

In-person delivery occurs at Edwards Executive Education, #600 340 3rd Ave N, Saskatoon, with all learning materials provided digitally on Canvas. In-person delivery includes instructor facilitation, small group exercises, large group discussions, interactive learning, networking and ample breaks and opportunities for questions and discussions. Participants will be required to bring a laptop/digital device to access all learning materials during the program. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided.

Betty Mutwiri

Betty Mutwiri, MA, PCC, PhDc

Betty Mutwiri is a catalyst for positive change. She has extensive experience as a senior leader in the public and non-profit sectors and has proven expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, EDIB workshops and culture change strategies. She is the Principal of BM Leadership Coaching and Consulting, Associate Faculty at Royal Roads, CCHL Leadership Coach & Consultant and LEAD Global Coach and Consultant. For over two decades, Betty has instigated several impactful initiatives in Saskatoon. Her remarkable contributions have earned her widespread recognition, including: the 2021 Leadership Saskatoon Alumni Award, Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2022, DEI Champion 2022, BIPOC Top 10 Black Entrepreneurs 2023, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee 2023 Award recipient and the International Top Association of Professionals Award in Coaching (IAOTP) in 2023.
