Leading With Emotional Intelligence

Program Overview

Research indicates that emotional intelligence accounts for 85% of the culture and positive engagement that leaders foster within their teams. Leaders with high emotional intelligence not only enhance team performance but also cultivate a thriving work environment. This program offers actionable insights and strategies to elevate your emotional intelligence, ready for immediate application.

In this program, participants will also complete a detailed assessment, the MHS EQ-i 2.0®. The Emotional Quotient Inventory helps individuals understand and improve the way they perceive and express themselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information effectively. With a clear, easy-to-understand report and tailored development strategies, this assessment empowers leaders, teams, and organizations to enhance communication, resilience, and decision-making—driving real results and sustainable success.
